SHIPPING POLICY

 

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Time:

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-2 business days after your order is done being processed. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days shipped via USPS. During sales or special promos shipping can be delayed. Check the website header for updates or email us at info@bowessentials.com if you have any questions about shipping times.

 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. For international shipping, additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact our customer support(info@bowessentials.com) for international shipping inquiries.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and monitor your tracking information for delivery updates.

PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order. Bow Essentials is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the USPS system.  If there is an issue with your package once it is in USPS hands, you must contact your local post office for help. Once we take it to USPS it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local post office and they can help you track it down most of the time. 

 

Delays:

While we make every effort to meet our shipping estimates, shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, and holiday seasons. If you experience significant delays with your order, please contact our customer support for assistance.

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be posted on our website.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Eligibility:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We DO NOT  accept returns due to the nature of hair products.

 

 Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you desire.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@bowessentials.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. 

 You have 7 days after the delivery date (according to the tracking details) to request a different item or a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Should we agree to replace your item, we will send you tracking information once it is available.

 

Special Sale Items:

Items purchased during special sales, clearance events, or promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
